Pizza Hut - Winterville

I had a perfect thin and crispy Italian sausage pizza at this restaurant. Kevin provided excellent service. On May 14th, 2019, I came here right after visiting a family member. Alexis was incredibly friendly and ran the entire lobby with grace. Her kindness felt like a blessing from above.

The meal was excellent with a great pizza and pasta offer. We had a new server who was friendly but a bit forgetful - she would ask if we needed anything but then forget to bring it unless we reminded her.

Food was great and we were not in a hurry, BUT had to wait for pizza's. There were times that not a single pizza was on the bar and the salad bowl was empty for a while. The waitress was working alone and was great... apologized and was very friendly.

We?ve gotten pizza from here numerous times and enjoyed it but last night wasn?t so good. Manager Cody, however, was very forthcoming and asked us to try it again and it was made right the second time. Thanks Cody and the girl Joy that works there isalso a delight. :
