Swiss Chicken, Altin - Winterthur

The food was delicious and warm. But we had to wait 1 hour and called several times, where they then told us that they were already on their way although they weren't.

Were they good? Ordered wings with fries last night. Fries were soggy, barely crispy. Chicken wet, no taste and also hardly crispy. Quality has definitely gone down. Not like that, Swiss Chicken. Never again..

Order (directly from Swiss-Chicken) placed just before 9:00 p.m. Today 's opening hours until 22:00. Order never arrived. I order there quite often, but this is already the 3rd time that something like this has happened. In my opinion, the staff shortly before closing time just doesn 't really feel like it anymore and simply ignores the orders... If I had ordered something else somewhere else, it would probably have been delivered after 1.5 hours, which ended in a hungry stalemate for me. A delivery service that sometimes arrives and sometimes doesn 't is of no use to me. I will order elsewhere in the future, even if it costs a few francs more.

Ordered on 1/12/21 Chicken wings 2X The skin of all the wings looked very tasty unfortunately ALL THE MEAT WAS RAW!!! Conclusion we will NEVER order from here again and will warn everyone! who want to order there!

Danger!!! Addictive mmmmhhhh I ordered half a chicken with garlic sauce for the first time today. Very friendly operator. The sauce was awesome with it. What I also found great was that the sauce was very generous. Thank you very much Kind regards
