Mcdonald's - Winterthur

We asked for the chips to be changed. They looked like they were from three days ago. Instead of changing them, the staff started arguing with us. A shame. Even the sandwich was cold. Never again in this mc.

I ordered 2 menues, one S and one M to go. At home we weighed the fries from both menus, small was 115g and medium 120g. Must have been ripped off here.

Order placed via self service terminal and served very quickly. But the fries were missing from the Happy Meal, the fries were cold from the Cheeseburger Royal menu. Both were replaced with fresh fries without any problem. The place looks pleasant and is clean too.

Ordered their big tasty twice via eat.ch and both times, they used the bread for the big Mac instead of the dedicated bread for the Big Tasty. The result is as shown in the picture: a burger smaller than I paid for, with less sauce/vegetable/etc, and with a disproportionately large patty which comes out of the burger. It almost seems like the employees use some leftover bread to make this burger. Absolutely shameful.

Didn’t receive what I ordered and got less, ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a fries. Just got one cheeseburger and fries . When asked, they denied giving me just one.
