Starbucks Coffee - Winter Springs

This starbucks is good except for one major design flaw. The drive through has no direction and allows for cars to butt in from the other side which is eay closer to the talk box, its incredibly disrespectful and adds anxiety to an alteady busy morning. espwcially when You've been waiting.

After the renovation, they dramatically downsized seating area. Bad planning.

Heads up: third time at this location in the 7pm hour (they say they close at 8. . Walked in at 7.15 to find whole place being cleaned, chairs and tables turned over for the night. No where to sit. Happy to take my order and my money but had to go outside to drink and eat. I guess they need to close this location earlier in the day. Not cool.

I frequent this location as it’s by my home therefore giving this franchise thousands as an avid coffee drinker.It’s usually a pleasure and delight however today, I had a very disappointing experience.We placed a $42 order and only had hundreds on me as I just did payroll for my business but Cole refused to let Aaliyah break it for us because he “doesn’t have enough change” which is bogus as the amount of revenue this franchise makes.So we tipped Aaliyah the $58 for her wonderful service and her ability to try and go above and beyond for her guests.What a turn off by Cole’s “management” as the objective is to make your client happy and return.Aaliyah has customer service in her and you’re lucky to have her. Cole the manager can learn from her :

Friendliest staff. I did have a small issue with my drink but manager Kevin and crystal made everything right! 10/10 will come back after the exceptional service and recovery.
