Wendy's - Winter Park

The restaurant offers a contactless ordering system, and you can also conveniently get your drinks from the Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser without any physical contact. Even though they were out of Muenster cheese for my sandwich, it was still delicious. The staff was very friendly and considerate throughout my visit.

The Wendy's I visited has a lovely exterior, but the staff was quite rude. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, the woman who took my order spoke to me in a very aggressive tone and wouldn't let me complete my order. I was really disappointed; the outside of the building gives the impression that you're going to receive high-quality service, similar to Chick-fil-A, but instead it felt more like Taco Bell. The other employees, aside from the drive-thru attendant, didn't say anything at all—they just handed us our food and stared blankly, almost like zombies. To top it off, we were one of only three customers there, so it certainly wasn’t busy.

The staff were friendly, but when I mentioned I would wait for the biscuits to be ready, they ended up forgetting my order. They brought me two egg, bacon, and cheese biscuits instead of my requested bacon and cheese biscuit, and charged me for the eggs. When I returned to have the order corrected, they replaced the sandwiches but didn’t refund me for the price difference. Additionally, the potatoes were only at room temperature, at best. I visited around 9:30, so I expected they would have everything under control by that time. It's frustrating that they seemed to think it was an easy problem to fix. It felt like they didn’t consider that I am a real person and my concerns shouldn't be overlooked.

Fast, friendly service... But beware, hours are not accurate!

The worst service you can receive. After being told the 2 for 5 special on the spicy chicken sandwich was over and placed another order l paid for my order and wasn't giving a recipe l waited at the window only for the young lady to ask me what. I replied about my recipe and was told thee is a problem with the machine. So why you didn't say that in the beginning. She didn't have on a name tag but was given a recipe at the next window. This type of service will be reported to Ohio.
