Wendy's - Winter Park

The management here is a complete disappointment. My mobile order was messed up, and since I was at work, I couldn't call them right away. On top of that, my manager's burger was missing, which made him really upset. When I finally spoke to the Wendy's manager, she asked if I had a receipt, even after confirming my order on her screen. I explained that I didn’t keep my receipts, and she got frustrated with me for not digging through my trash. Seriously, who keeps receipts for fast food orders? I wasn't calling just for fun; I genuinely wanted to get the burger remade. Instead, she just hung up on me. I try to support local businesses, but the attitudes and lack of hospitality here are just unacceptable. From now on, I’ll be going to PDQ instead.

I found five long strands of black hair in my meat burger after already eating half of it. This is extremely disgusting.

This is a lovely restaurant with wonderful staff and delicious food. You absolutely have to try the frosty desserts at this fast food spot! The Biggie Bag is also a great deal—it includes a hamburger, cheeseburger, or chicken sandwich, along with nuggets, fries, and a drink, all for under $6.

I did drive thru at noon on a Tuesday. Service was fantastic, food was hot and fresh. The people were super friendly and polite. Please keep up the great work!!
