Wendy's - Winter Park

The service was disappointing. I waited 10 minutes in the dining room with only two people ahead of me, and there was no communication about the delay. I really like the Wendy's brand, but the service at this location was so inadequate that my daughter and I decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

I ordered through the drive-thru, but the server forgot to give me a straw and napkin. Additionally, they didn't include my chicken sandwich in the order. On a positive note, the chicken nuggets were fresh and crispy.

This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to! The service was excellent, and the food was served at just the right temperature.

I have a baby's son and a frost. Burger was good, but you could say that I was given the frits at the end of the bag because it was all crumbs. Frost was also watery like chocolate milk, as if they took it from a refrigerator.

Had the most amazing service and delicious breakfast food here mid November. We had avoided this Wendy's for years after a bad experience even though we live close. The cashier was friendly and thorough. We received all of our items correctly the first time. Will return.
