Subway - Winter Park

Worst subway ever. I order online all the time and finally just gave up because my order is never right. They always forget the same exact condiment every time. This is a constant problem.

I have been going to only this particular Subway for over 6 years. There is a female who’s been working at this location for as long as I’ve been coming. She is absolutely amazing. She’s very efficient and makes the sandwiches exceptionally. I can’t say that about any other employees. Some have been extremely slow. One told me once she couldn’t do something because she had other things to do. I waited on her for 5 minutes to make online orders which doesn’t seem right when there is a customer in front of her. I asked her to lightly toast my steak sub and got back to work with a cold sub. That was disgusting. Then this most recent time I went and I could tell the sub wasn’t made good. It had a weird burnt smell and just didn’t taste that great. I decided I won’t eat subway unless the manager lady is there. Sorry to leave a bad review but it’s just disappointing a lot of the times.

The service has went down ever since the old manger girl left (Ginger Hair) the bread and cookies are always over baked now, staff don’t seem happy to be working, also whoever is making the strawberry lemonade needs to stop, it’s watered down. The only reason I was even going to this subway was because of the service the old manager gave along with the old staff that was there and food was always good but not anymore.

Sub tasted great and hot. Quick service and came in just before the lunch crowd!

Bread is important, plastic bread very chewy not adding nothing.
