The sushi has different flavor profiles that all take a turn per bite.The head chef is personable and offers recommendations. The rolls are creative and fun.If you’re looking for sushi and like true to heart sushi. Try this place.

AMAZING! Wanted to try Nigiri for the first time. Asked server for suggestions. She nailed it! Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe and Hokkaido Scallops, with a Beauty and the Beast roll. Server was so helpful and the food was delicious. Going to be back!

Fuji bomb was the BOMB! So delicious.SP tuna roll is good but too heavy on sauce.Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Great service.

This place is an absolute gem! After leaving another restaurant in Winter Park, we wanted something where we could be welcomed and sit down to eat- Fuji did not disappoint! Welcomed with open arms and some sake, we proceeded to sample the menu with hit after hit, with some of the best service I’ve ever seen in Orlando.As my friend said, it looks a bit sketchy on the outside, but trust me- just go in. This is where you find those hidden gems when you’re out dining and I can’t wait to head back here at some point.Usually I recommend a dish or two, but honestly, everything on the menu was a winner and our group was all over the place. Just try anything! Enjoy!

Come with me to Fuji Sushi in Winter Park, FL. We started off with some hot green tea. For our appetizer we got the Spicy Tuna Tower with crispy rice, avocado, eel sauce and a white sauce. For rolls we decided to try the 2013 with shrimp tempura, crab, and spicy mayo. We ended with the Red Dragon roll, which had spicy tuna, avocado, and jalapeño. Everything was very fresh and I can't wait to stop by to try more of their sushi. The Spicy Tuna Tower was so delicious. It was definitely my favorite.
