Ethos Vegan Kitchen - Winter Park

I'm not vegan however I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the waitress was very pleasant. Shared an order of their garlic knots and I was in heaven. You can tell It was made with homemade dough and the garlic butter was amazing. Had the fiesta salad and everything was so tasty, especially the dressing. Looking forward to retuning!

Nice staff, and very good food. I had a vegan chicken pesto sandwich and mashed potatoes. Lasagna recipe on recent visit can be a revamped, maybe try a creamier ricotta or use some Beyond meat instead, it was on the watery side, maybe add some Soydelious plain unsweetened yogurt or something in the Lasagna Bolognese stylethe sausage raps were dry but filling, not fatty enough for the tart mustard dipping sauce. It was so fantastic to know that I could choose anything on the menu. A friend joined me for dinner and we both tried each other's meal. Neither disappointed. Very delicious food.
