Cubabana's Cafe - Winter Park

The food and drinks at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately, they have inconsistent opening hours. The Google listing says they close at 3 pm, but their sign in the window says 2 pm. We have arrived at 1:30 pm on multiple occasions only to find them closed without any notice. I typically order around 10 drinks for our office, and our employees have been turned away several times because the restaurant was closed.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite. When I inquired about my order, the woman working here ignored me. My meal came with unexpected additional coffees instead of the ones I ordered, without any explanation. When I asked for the correct coffees, the woman rudely demanded payment and treated me disrespectfully. I do not recommend eating here, as the unpleasantness of the employees makes it not worth the trouble.

The Cuban sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and perfect for takeout. It's best to place your order ahead of time so that they are ready for pick up when you arrive.

Horrible experience. I explained to the lady that she didn’t understand me correctly and gave me the wrong meal. She literally said food is good no refund. And hung up in my face . Rude customer service . Horrible experience.
