In a city that is not purely veg restaurants, casa mexico is a recommended option. although the menu does not specify vegan options, it is easy to veganize several of the elements by keeping the cheese and acid cream. they don't use a slime for the drilling, so it makes easy. the veg fajitas are delicious and the portions are huge.
We were a series of times. the garden burrito is great and can be made vegan without the cheese, so this is our go-to
The veggie fajitas were a delicious sizzling pan of cauliflower, brokkoli, paprika, tomato and other sweet. Ask for no milk as they come with cheese and acidic cream. I suspect that the roast beans served with them may have been boiled in lard, so ask them if they remember. black beans can be a vegan option. I also do not know what fat/oil was used to foam the vegetables. I said the waitress that I was vegan at first, and she said she was vegetarian. she said all vegetarian options, characterized by a leaf on the menu, can be veganized. include a garden burrito and spinat enchiladas.
I ordered the Veggie Fajitas w/o dairy and they were amazing ... came out on a sizzling plate with great flavor. Service was nice and its worth what you pay for
