Buttermilk Bakery - Winter Park

The puff pastry is wonderful, light, buttery and tons of layers that are flittering and crispy. Great little mother and pop bakery. The place was clean and clean. No interiors directly in front and on the side with limited parking in front of the street. Some parking spaces on the back. There is not much space on the inside, just like 6 people at a time. The staff was not friendly, but not rude. Everything looked wonderful, and the three things we got were excellent. I look forward to going back and trying everything they have to offer.

One of the loch-in-the-wall gems of Winter Park, Buttermilk Bakery is a scenic, beautiful little bakery hidden along the shops on the strip on Orange Ave. Pay attention to shape and function, they know how to make delicious and decadent pastries, both savory and sweet. I am incredibly impressed by the incredible eye to detail in everything. Some articles are even made gluten-free to make them a little less "gun" because it is hard to contain yourself when faced with the decisions that this place offers. Your ordering function on the website is incredibly useful and is exactly in the presentation what is in stock and what is not. I recommend using this feature to place your order before your arrival to make sure what you want. You can bet with a place as well as this that the desired items will be sold first. With the savory croissant tarts, all the elements involved are carefully thought out and treated accordingly. The mushroom tar has for example mushrooms that are perfectly cooked and a decent enough size to get a taste pop that is improved by the smoked cheddar that accompanies it. The calabic chili, on the tomato tar, is the perfect component to balance the earthiness of tomatoes with the aromatization of cheese and croissant. The Kouign-amann pastry is one of the sweet items that everyone needs to taste from Buttermilk Bakery. Simple, but not easy it is 's technique and execution, but tasty and has a greater depth of taste than you would expect from this small package. I'm not sure if it's a timetable for the things that are made day, but I enjoy diversity enough to appreciate a rotating menu, always trying something new and exciting. The baklava croissant is a well made and interesting spin on the original and I enjoyed it. I hope that everyone who comes here will try what they have to offer as happy and happy as I am.

Not my first visit here, but first review because BANOFFEE PIE. All I ordered was always great, but this cake was so perfect! The croissant tart was also delicious after a 5 seconds zap in the microwave to get it warm. I'm not trying to revise bakeries when I treat myself, but I can't help back to buttermilk. Just go!

Best bakery in town. Freshly made pastries with the best ingredients that really comes in taste. I can't recommend this place enough. The menu changes substantially daily, with some clips usually available all the time, but you can always look forward to tasty seasonal items. Very recommended. Order early or the risk to be omitted!

This little cute, deliciously optioned bakery is everything you’d ever want. Location is awesome as well. We purchased 3 different pastries to try their range. We also purchased drip coffee and their hibiscus iced tea. O.M.G! Everything was delightful. They even made sure peanut allergies were double checked. Love it. Will return with all our friends from in and out of town. NEW FAVORITE SPOT.
