Olive Garden Italian - Winter Haven

Sayruh was our server for lunch. From the beginning I said her attitude wasn’t pleasant. She was rude to my 77 y/o. mother! After being rude she went to the hostess station and was talking to Anita. She was displaying the nasty attitude while as I walked up! To much to type but I’ll start back going to Lakeland.

Pamper yourself by coming here...Great service and amazing food!!!

Olive Garden is always good to me and always gives me breadsticks without garlic and the steak is always cooked just right.

One of the best Olive Garden I have been to. The service was great. We arrived right when they opened and the severs were more than ready for us. They were all very courteous and welcoming. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The broccoli was not overcooked and complimented the salmon beautifully. Everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken tenders, from the kids menu, were crispy and cooked right. We appreciate the service that we received and the service that was given to all those guests around us. I highly recommend this location. Keep in mind that they are located in a busy area so just be patient if you are going during their busy hours.

Food was microwaved. Waited 15 minutes for table.out with the bill18 minutes. Salad half normal size bowl.little dressing than normal.I average 5 times a month.Wifes birthday.Always been satisfied.Not this time. Olive Garden has changed.Regular for over 15 years. By! Birthday of all-time.Moved to Florida retired from Chicago suburbs.
