Hibachi Express Winter Haven

Amazing value for money! The food is excellent and priced very reasonably. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Food rating: 5/5.

I'd recommend choosing another restaurant for steak hibachi. The service here was slow, and there was barely any steak on my plate. The rice was also not very enjoyable. I really regret not going to a different place. I waited around 35 minutes for my food. Overall, I would rate the experience a 2 out of 5.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but after my experience today, I won't be returning. The staff I used to know is gone, and the new person at the counter is not up to par. I ordered the same dish I've been getting for the past two years, but after 30 minutes, I'm still waiting. They prepared one order but can't even locate the person who placed it.

Placed an carry-out order for the Steak, Steak 2 Shrimp combos. Two with the Fried Rice one with the Noodles. I was very disappointed in all!! The Steak was too chewy and Noodles, Veggies were over-cooked! Everything was tasteless without flavor! Did not enjoy and my toddler grandson loves Rice but would not eat this as he used an adjective to describe the taste! I ordered extra Yummy Sauce and it seemed to be watered down! Also requested cutlery but did not receive any. Will not return to this business!

Hibachi is great. Sushi is sublime but a little pricey for such small portions.Food: 5/5
