Dairy Queen - Winter Haven

The burgers and shakes here are outstanding—absolutely delicious! The shop is clean, and the customer service is excellent. I also mentioned that I'm a big fan of their cones!

Whenever I pick up an order from this restaurant, the food is consistently excellent. It's definitely worth the wait!

Best DQ in the area!! Customer service was top notch and food was AWESOME!! We went through the ride and all the food was made right. Large car park and able to keep many cars and buses. We recommend this DQ if in the area of Winter Haven and Alburndale Florida!

Your lunch is a big thing, even if the price rose, their food is tasty, and it is convenient, but double check everything. The people who work there are friendly, but they often forget spoons, spices and which ice cream was ordered. I also wish they would add a brownie to the menu, so customers simply buy a brownie or add to their ice cream.

It was real busy first off. The girl taking my order got it wrong 3 times and then I got to the window and asked for ranch for the fried pickles and she replied I didn't get fried pickles.. I got 2 small fries which I was thinking we have fries with our meal. So they had to put in an order for the pickles. So I had to pull around and wait. Got home and the gravy was so thick you could spread it and the tenders were over cooked toast was bread not even toasted with butter on it. By the time my pickles were done we had chocolate melted ice cream. Disappointed in DQ today. Below are a couple of pics the gravy actually clinging on for dear life and white toast.
