Little Caesars Pizza - Winter Garden

I miss the old Little Caesar's with the classic pizza recipe. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but the quality has definitely declined over the years. Even the breadsticks that I used to love have changed. It's disappointing.

The incompetence is astounding. I know it's Little Ceasars but I figured maybe service would be better in a nicer town.

As a pizza enjoyer, this is pretty top quality pizza for the price. Years ago, this location was one of the worst pizza places that I would go to just to have pizza for cheap (back then when it was $5). Staff gets the job done, they aren 't all uppity but I prefer the way they handle business to take the order, let you know how long and come back to pizza. I 've only had 1 problem with the location after revisiting and that was just a remake needed to be done so had to wait a little longer. All in all, good price for pizza and location is great.

I called to order several pizzas, requesting that one be made with garlic butter or just butter instead of red sauce. The restaurant refused, citing that it was not part of their usual procedures, even though they had done it in the past. I was disappointed that they were unwilling to accommodate such a simple request, stating that spreading butter instead of red sauce would be too difficult. It's unfortunate that the restaurant couldn't put in a little extra effort to satisfy their customers.
