They just closed around end of June 2022. Stand will be replaced by Bento Sushi. ?

Ebi jow is our favorite! Never got disappointment here. Been here several times. I don’t really know what are 1 start reviews for!!!

The woman at the counter was surly to the point of being rude. I have no idea why, as we always try to be polite, patient, quiet, pleasant people. We made no special requests. The order was incorrect, but we didn't even complain or send it back because we didnt want to deal with the mean woman at the counter again. We don't go out often, but we had heard that Plant St Market was a special experience. Jodo sushi is expensive, but we agreed to spluge. We drove 13 miles and dropped $27 on a single plate of sushi, only to be mistreated by the staff... and get the wrong food. Needless to say we won't be back.

This is how sushi should be. Simple offerings and truly special offerings. Don't go here expecting hibachi restaurant or strip mall sushi. Try the torched offerings and the tuna nachos.

Food is good but not worth the price. They are more expensive than fancy restaurants. Their poke bowl is $26. It’s insane.
