Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro in Winston-Salem is a delightful culinary haven. The ambiance exudes charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show, Mozelle's Benedict, is a brunch masterpiece. The poached eggs are perfection, nestled atop a bed of savory ham and a heavenly biscuit. The hollandaise sauce is a symphony of flavors--creamy, tangy, and expertly seasoned. Each bite is a journey through Southern comfort, leaving a lasting impression. Mozelle's attention to detail and commitment to fresh, local ingredients elevate the dining experience. A visit to this bistro is not just a meal; it's a celebration of Southern culinary excellence.
I grew up in Winston Salem and every time I am back in town I make it a point to go Mozelle's. All the food is amazing, especially the fried chicken and tomato pie. The staff is very friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have about the food. In the winter they have blankets and heaters for if you are seated outside and try to make you as warm as possible. Highly recommend!! Parking: It is hard to find parking anywhere in downtown WS, but Mozelle's does have parallel parking out front and then more parallel and slanted spots around the back.
