El Rancho Taqueria - Winston-Salem

Excellent tacos, great selection of salsas. We?ve been 15-20 times this past year. The platters suffer from pretty bad refried beans (I love good ones). And it?s ridiculous to serve all platters with plastic utensils. So for now, only tacos.

The food was really good. We ordered the two crispy taco plate and the chimichanga plate. Both came with rice and beans and the chimichanga plate came with sour cream and guac. I had the house tamarind drink which was refreshing. I would have given this four stars, but the beans were ice cold. And had they enforced the mask policy, I would have given it an additional star. That said, it was very crowded and the diners, like us, seemed very satisfied with their dishes. (NOTE: I didn't taste a non-spicy salsa, which I love but is not ideal for little kids!

We love this place for years. Authentic Mexican cuisine, the best tacos (personally I love her al pastor), and her fried pig is crispy and juicy! There's not one thing we've been trying not to love. Prices are wonderful for the amount and value of the food!!

The food is authentic and customer service is wonderful. Don't forget to order a slice of cheesecake, so tasty.

This is your place for legit tacos and Mexican food! The chips came out freshly fried and killer queso. Ordered 4 different meats for tacos and all were good, the salsa's we're all very good. The shrimp dish was delicious, esp with fresh flour tortillas. Great service and these blistered jalapeno with seasoning were crazy good.
