Rough 6 different employees walked by from behind the counter and no one even looked at me standing there after one a minute and all 6 just ignoring me. Finally the people who was actually working the counter came back in from outside. (Don't know where it was all this time) fortunately I was just looking for some ketchup from where I had just gone through the drive through

Got my lunch today, Monday, 12-12-2022 at about 2 PM. I used a coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a medium fries and a medium tea. Went through the drive-thru lane. Some difficulty giving my order over the speaker. I had to repeat order and coupon code a couple times. Not sure if this was a new employee. I drove to window to pay and that seemed fine. There was a bit of a wait there for my food. The restaurant was not busy and they only had about 2 customers in the drive-thru the whole time I was there. So I would say they were slow. When I got home with my food it was not hot at all. I would say it was warm and that is about it. The iced tea was fine.

My food was prepared perfectly and tasted delicious. Drive thru was very slow due to a staff shortage like everywhere else, I 'm assuming. It would be much more convenient for everyone if the store could/would update the status for their location to say drive thru only on the BK app..... just a thought

Great service, great help with suggestions to try the impossible Whopper!! So my friend and I did the taste test. Shoot out to T-Mobile Tuesday!! We took the free whopper they have, and she has a regular and I have the impossible. The commercials were wrong. There is a difference in taste and a slight difference in smell. Honestly, although the employees were wonderful with their honest description, which ultimately helped us try it, so thank you! We liked it very much!!! Will definitely recommend to others!!!
