Get you signed up and trick you into a contract. They haven't serviced the machines at all and we have had them for just over a year. That was part of their contract so as far as I can tell they violated their contract. Very sneaky and under handed company. You try to reach out to them and they blow you off or come up with some kind of excuse why its your fault. A very shady company, steer clear.
Was solicited by one of their salesmen within days of opening a new business. Tried to explain I was overwhelmed and would pass, salesmen was persistent, so I caved and agreed to service. I already had a water provider and was given the whole song and dance about what a better product they could provide and my service would be provided at a comparable cost. So I canceled my existing provider and signed the contract. After going over my books, I discovered a reoccurring charge for much higher than originally discussed. Attempted to call and renegotiate the situation and was bluntly told...Sorry, you signed the contract, its non-negotiable. To add insult to injury, said contract is for 60 months!!! So simple math, I am being charged $260.00 per quarter, for 60 months aka 5 years (the typical length of a car loan) for a water filtration system, which brings the grand total to $5200.00!!!! Signed contract or not, this company does not operate in full disclosure and when trying to come to a resolution, you will get no where. No one will speak to me over the phone, provide me with a signed contact details including terms of service.
My name is Erin Allen and I work for RK T-Shirts. We have two Blue Caffe water coolers and I absolutely love them. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is cold. If we have an issue we just call them up and hey come right out and fix it. I would highly recommend getting one for your business.
A year later they have come to me with a bill of $200 saying that it was never paid! A YEAR after it HAS been paid! The customer service is TERRIBLE/POOR at best. I absolutely recommend that you to stay far away from this company. NONE of my calls were received on the days they're apparently "in the office do yourself a favor and stay far away. That is all...
