Starbucks - Winston Salem

I visited this restaurant during a road trip and placed my order through the app while parked in the lot. After using the clean restroom inside, I found my drink ready for me. The barista was friendly and efficient, and our drinks were made exactly as requested. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: this location doesn't have a drive-thru, and the parking lot is small with a one-way entrance and exit.

I want to give a shoutout to the morning team on April 28, 2022. I visited today, and although there was a slight delay in taking my order, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to both me and my son. By the time I left, I wasn't just looking forward to my coffee; I was excited to return. That's what a fantastic customer experience feels like!

We really enjoy our visits to Starbucks. The store is clean and the baristas are friendly. It's a very small location with just a few tables inside.

Hey, it's another Starbucks! They are like kutzo, popping up everywhere . Service here was great, not busy at all, and order came out quick. Nice inviting environment to do some work in.
