Great service. Tasty food. Personally I'd love a cookbook, or better yet, cooking classes from these talented people

Hands down one of the most consistently excellent restaurants in this price range in Winston. Family recipes, portions are large, and very friendly staff. If this isn't the best Greek/Med food in the city, I'd like to know what is.

Really good food here. Family owned. The owner was very welcoming. I had Dolmathakia as a special for the day and that was delicious. Loved the gyro as well. The Greek food tasted home cooked in all the best ways. Will definitely be coming again!

While recently traveling for vacation, my fiancé and I stopped at Athena Greek Taverna for dinner. Unbeknownst to us, the establishment was getting ready to close. My fiancé and I were, of course, completely understanding and were completely happy to order takeout. However, the owner of the restaurant went above and beyond--she allowed us to dine in the restaurant even after the kitchen was closing. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend! Not only is the cuisine fantastic, but the ambiance is inviting and enjoyable. The customer service experience is also unparalleled! Definitely check out this restaurant if you are in the Winston-Salem area! :
