Dunkin' - Winslow

We visited the drive-thru, expecting it to move quickly despite the long line. Unfortunately, it didn't. At one point, a car in front of us had three people get out and leave with their orders, having picked them up inside. When we finally placed our order, we were informed that some items were unavailable, so we adjusted our choices. After a long wait, we reached the window, paid, and were then told they couldn’t fulfill our order because they were out of items again. We had to adjust once more. By the time we finally received our order and left, we felt it was unfair to have paid before being informed about the shortages, especially since the employee at the window was aware of the situation. The takeaway from this experience is simple: skip the drive-thru and go inside to place your order instead!

I'm fairly certain that an iced coffee should actually come with ice, but almost every day, it seems to be missing.

Just went to Dunkins in Winslow Maine and got a pumpkin cold brew with cream it was delicious.

I was disappointed after waiting in line for 15 minutes to purchase an assorted dozen donuts. The key word here is "assorted," but I ended up with four of the same kind. That's not what I expected!

The prices at this restaurant keep rising, and the quality of service varies depending on how busy they are on any given day. I recently tried their new hash brown dish, and it seemed like the chef had a personal grudge against me. It looked like they just heated everything up and then carelessly tossed it into the cup with a lot of force. It didn't resemble the enticing picture in the menu at all, although the taste was decent. This review is for their takeout service.
