Lakeview Drive Inn - Winona

I've had root beer fresh from the brewery in St. Arnold's in my hometown of Houston, TX; I thought it was the superior root beer but Lakeview Drive Inn wins hands down. The food was hot and fresh, service was friendly, and the tables were clean. I'm very happy they have vegetarian options too! This was a great choice for our date. :

Great food, fun place they bring your food to your car like old drive inns also have nice outdoor seating!

This is my favorite place to eat in Winona during the summertime. Their food is so good! They have so many different options to choose from, some of my personal favorites being their walnut burger and ice cream creations.

We were there right before noon on a rainy Monday and a friendly person greeted us at the car. She was waiting to tell us about the menu and pretty much anything we wanted to know about Winona. All we ordered was a frosty mug of rootbeer but it was so refreshing and not anything like what you would get in a grocery store. Rootbeer float is what I'm going to get next time we pass through this area.
