Kfc - Winona

I went to this restaurant on a Monday at 7:00 pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The first thing we were told when we walked in was that they had run out of chicken. It was only 7 pm and they are open until 10. The restrooms were dirty. Overall, I recommend this place close its doors and put it out of its misery.

I never leave reviews but I am really hoping management will read this. First no dark meat chicken and no biscuits were available. We asked for forks and the ones given were short plastic kiddie forks that fit on your finger. The staff had zeroidea about how to treat customers, especially the one at the register. Just shouted huh, whenever a question was asked.Absolutely could care less about service. I chose what I thought was Pepsi according to the label but it was some mixture ofdrinks, definitely not Pepsi. I can?t imagine this place will stay open long. Pretty sure the only thing keeping them open isthe fact they are one of only about 4 fast food places in the area. Women?s restroom was also out of order. I could say more butI doubt it would do any good.

The staff at this restaurant could benefit from additional customer service training. If management does not address this issue, the location should consider closing permanently. It is important to prioritize cleanliness, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The staff maintained a positive attitude despite working in a building under repair. The food was fresh and served hot.

We stopped going months ago due to poor mgmt and sub-par food quality. However, they seem to have turned it around. KFC quality, great tasting chicken. Short staffed but a great young lady at the counter. Clean but could use a little sprucingup.
