Flossies Apple Barrell - Winona

I ordered a chicken fried steak and potatoes with a side of pickles for takeout at 7:00 pm, placing the order at 6:00 pm. When I called at 6:20 to add a milkshake to my order, I was informed that they were out of chicken fried steak and had already prepared the potatoes. Instead, they made me a pork tenderloin. I asked if I could change my order and was told I could, but would still have to pay for the original items. I was shocked that they would force me to pay for something I didn't request. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance and picked up my food at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, everything was cold and the milkshake had melted. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.

I love the food at this restaurant, and the prices are reasonable. I always come here whenever I can, and I highly recommend trying the burnt ends - they never disappoint!

The service was fantastic and the food was excellent, but unfortunately they were out of chili. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Had the 21 piece shrimp dinner. It was delicious and the waitress was friendly.
