Wok Box Kenaston - Winnipeg

Food tasted decent but portion size was way too small for the price.

BE AWARE..this location doesn 't honor daily deals..go to wok box regularly but it was our first time at this location.. went to dine in on Saturday kids eat free 1 free kids meal with purchase of A regular box)...was ordering 3 appetizers spring rolls, green cakes and bang band shrimp) and upgrading both regular box meals to combos with drink and extra spring rolls as well so should of been 2 free kids meals for my 2 kids..cashier argued it was only one free kids meal with a purchase of 2 reg boxes..showed him their own deal and flyer and phoned our regularly visited Crestview location which also confirmed its 1 free kid 's meal per 1 regular meal purchased so 2 reg meals would mean 2 kids meals free..by this time we decided not to spend our money at this location..so canceled our order and just went to our regular Crestview location..now we know why this location is the lowest rated wok box in all of winnipeg.

We ordered to go and while it was tasty enough there is barely any meat in it. Only 3 small bits of chicken. What a rip off!!!!! We won't be

Expensive and ridiculously long order time. 1 person is working and doing everything. They are quick to take your money but sooooo slow to make your food. This is the last time !!

It’s the holidays, my dad happens to like Wok Box so I decided to buy him $60 in gift cards. I asked the guy that took my payment if I could please have a small take out container to put the gift cards in as it’s a Christmas gift for my dad. He said “I can’t do that” and handed me a cheap sleeve to put them in. They literally had stacks upon stacks of take out containers of all sizes and I just wanted one small container. If they can’t spare a less than 5cent take out container after a customer spent $60 in gift cards, I can only imagine the other corners they are trying to cut to save a penny. Will not be supporting this location ever again, all over a simple take out container…brutal.
