Wok Box Kenaston - Winnipeg

I ordered the pad Thai, and it was truly disappointing. The food was soggy, and the meat was undercooked. I'm shocked by this experience. I attempted to call the restaurant to share my concerns, but I received no response or solution.

At that point, we chose not to spend our money at this location. We canceled our order and went to our regular Crestview location instead. Now we see why this location has the lowest rating among all Wok Box restaurants in Winnipeg.

The prices are steep, and the wait for orders is far too long. There was just one staff member managing everything, who was quick to process my payment, but the food preparation took an excruciating amount of time. I won’t be coming back!

The food was delicious, but the portion sizes were quite small for the price.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I usually enjoy my time here. Although the rice boxes are a bit on the expensive side, they come with generous portions and are both delicious and high-quality. The poutines are outstanding. Ishan delivers excellent service and pays great attention to the food preparation. As for parking, it's conveniently located right out front.
