This is a fusion place If you're looking for real sushi this is not the place to goThe name doesn't really go with what they did they offer.

Wow - who would have thought Winnipeg would have such great sushi? The food was amazing - and we had lots of it. Highly recommended!

Excellent sushi and non sushi items alike. Often times out of things like uni.Spicy mango prawns are a must. Salmon carpaccio is a crowd favorite, even for those individuals who usually shy away from sashimi.The maholo roll has a fresh feel to it from the mango and sweet minty drizzle.Ice cream and desserts are a bit generic. Would recommend dessert elsewhere.

I went here expecting big things because of how pricey it was but was ultimately let down. The food, while presented beautifully, was reasonably bland outside of the salmon carpaccio. We ordered the lobster and foie gras rolls along with a few others and none of them seemed to stand out. For the price I paid, I was expecting greatness. What I got could have been bested by 3 other Japanese restaurants I can think of off the top of my head for less than half of what we paid here. I will likely not come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. That being said, the service was quite good.
