Wanabees Diner - Winnipeg

Such a wonderful breakfast! This was our first time here. The food is fresh cooked. The staff are phenomenal, a well oiled machine. I appreciated the attention to sanitation of hands and even the condiment bottles. Cash only though.

Fantastic food and service...ol' school mom and pop diner...just like the 60s

I had not been there in years and I end up hitting the morning breakfast rush. The 20 minute wait was eased by plenty of coffee. When my order arrived the food was better than I remembered! Good sized portions all cooked to perfection even during the busy rush.

Came here with my wife, and got sent right back out again to get cash bc its cash only which is unfortunate. Almost left bc of that, but glad we came back bc the food and service was great! I had the 3 egg meal with hollandaise sauce and coffee, and my wife had sausage and French toast with chocolate milk and the total came to less than $27. Food was exactly what I hoped for in a diner and great local vibes while sitting eating. Would def recommend this place!
