Extremely rude with customers looks as if they would do a fallen by handing a cup of coffee

When they go into they ignore them and have absolutely 0 care for timeliness or customer service. I have a chicken sandwich ice cream cold, hard like a rock and 0 so eat on it. they actually have to give less than 0 fcuks to be so lazy and eat that terrible.

Bad customer service ever. the ordered kartoffel wedges from the apron, but did not find an option for chipotle in the menu. called the restaurant to confirm if we can order something from $1 to get chipotle and the guy agreed. our order, but not chipotle. we called the restaurant and another guy replied to the call and the dame that prepared the order, said she added chipotle, then she said, I did not add ketchup chipotle and when the sheckagent she said we never called it for chipotle. very dissatisfied. will never be ordered again by this load and will recommend the same to my friends.

I usually go here in the morning. it is super busy, but this guy moves very fast. her service is very fast.

The staff are usually friendly, and service is prompt.The food quality is below average for a Tim’s however.Furthermore the reason for my review,My best friend went in with her child 4 years old , I might add, Who was needing to use the facilities.During Covid, I could understand that public washrooms in many restaurants are could be off- limits.However this Tim Hortons- forced my friend to buy a food item that we did not need nor want.I could understand if it was a particular person, who may be under the influence needing to use the bathroom… or even another adult , and sure okay Pay the 2$ for a coffee or whatever.But a CHILD needed to use the bathroom.Call it capitalism , or call it just plain inhumane and rude on the staff working there tonight (12/15 /21)All I know is that when I worked at McDonald’s, Subway, and Smitty’s , any child was allowed to use the bathroom with or without a point of sale purchase.Not impressed!
