Great local sports bar. Friendly servers, who came by just the right amount. 4 VLT machines. Patio has great atmosphere, lots of propane heaters an fireplaces for those chillier fall nights. Recommend the wings, Milds are my favourite, lots of flavour without spice death. Different deals of the day throughout the week.

The manager who is supposed to be the leader, leads with nothing but attitude. We walked in at 10 pm and there was nobody to help us or sit us. The manager yelled and asked to grab a seat in the lounge. My friend asked if we can sit in the booth they gave us nothing but attitude. I got exactly the same response from another waitress there.If the leader leads with a certain attitude, i’m not surprised to see the team doing the same.We didn’t end up getting food there because we have had issues in the past but never wrote a review. But the manager is leading the team like she is running a ghetto diner. Someone higher needs to address this performance/service gap.The point of this review is not to get anyone in trouble but to simply match the standards of such an important organization known in Winnipeg for good food and even better service. Which this location hasn’t delivered.

Our server Alexis was fantastic .Very prompt, extremely friendly.The food was delicious. There was one small mistake with our dinner, and the manager was so quick to rectify it.Always a pleasure coming here.Looking forward to our next visit here!!

We had an unusually large group of people who wanted to go out to eat together after our church service on Sunday and around 35 people ended up at this Smitty's without a reservation. Michelle and her team did a fantastic job making us feel welcomed and cared for even though I am sure our presence was a tad overwhelming. Considering the excellent, friendly, and timely service we received, I would highly recommend this Smitty's to anyone.
