Moxie's Grill & Bar - Winnipeg

I had the lettuce wraps and a peach bellini, and both were excellent. The atmosphere is nice, and the service was fairly quick and friendly. We would go again.

My wife and I like going here the burgers are really good they have gluten buns that are actually good and not heavy or crumbly I like the salads offerings staff always friendly and knowledgeable

We went last night for a meal while visiting the mall. We started with med bread. Love the dips! Hubby had the chicken enchiladas and I had the salmon with dill. They accidentally brought the wrong side and rectified it immediately! The food was fresh, tasty and a good value. Service was attentive but not overbearing! A definite go to place!

Hello TrippiesUsually the St Vital Moxies is alright but this past visit.... MehI had a Teriyaki Rice Bowl with steak. The veggies were overcooked to the point of mush. The cook out so much sauce the rice was degrading bad. Basically it was like a bowl of soup. I didn't complain since I was having a business meeting. The steak tasted old also. It really had an off taste. Honestly it was enough to turn me off of Moxies for a while. I don't know if I would go back. There's no way the cook or one cook didn't know that everything was overboard. The service was okay. Earls read around the corner is always good. I would recommend just going there if you want to be guaranteed a good meal.My review helps you in your travels give me a thumbs up.

I had lunch with my daughters about a week ago. We had not been to a Moxie's for a while. We shared a calamari starter, beef dip and salad and a children's penne pasta. All was okay. The calamari is cut into tiny bites and is mixed with tiny fried shrimp. It was crispy, but the portion was extremely small for $12. The beef dip was a bit chewy and the au jus lacked flavour. The pretzel bun is really heavy - rock like. I've had beef dips at Moxie's in the past and they were much better. The move to the pretzel bun is a mistake. The kid's penne was simple but good and served with crispy garlic bread - a pop and ice cream are included for $8. One of the better kid's meals I have come across lately.The service was okay. The waitress seemed a little confused at times - but certainly polite. I wouldn't out rule going back, but I am in no rush to do so.
