McDonald's - Winnipeg

Hey this is a really clean,large wide open space super pleasant! My goodness even the seats are comfy here what gives lol

Driven by convenience we dropped in for a snack during our bike ride. Really disappointing. Over priced and under-flavoured.It has been years since I entered the golden arches and all I remember was that the fries were amazing. Not so today. Waxy and chewy. The all new chicken burger was equally blah. The only hit was the Angry Bird toy in the kid's meal.

We ordered our kids happy meals as usual for our weekly event. the kids were extremely excited this time because they heard that it was a Pokémon theme. Once we got home with our happy meals my kids were disappointed as they received batman toys.during our next visit for icecream I told the worker what had a happened and asked if my boys could have Pokémon cards. The manager came to me and told me that I would need to bring back the original batman toys for an exchange or I could pay $2. I politely said I would bring the unopened batman toys for an exchange. she then told me that she would not exchange it as I got them from another store. I was shocked she would imply this as I am perfectly mindful of knowing where I had driven to earlier in the day. I left the store and came back another day with the toys and another manager said that she was aware that the previous manager had told me that I got them from another store. I told her I could provide her with my electronic receipt or she could check her video surveillance. she walked away and another staff member provided me with the Pokémon cards while I handed her the batman toys.My children were in the car 5 6 years old) and were extremely emotional because of the way I was being spoken to. It was very disrespectful and I will no longer be coming to this location or any locations of which this location is associated with. I will also be informing my network of this experience so that they can make an informed decision of whom they will be supporting in the future.

Seven of the last 10 orders I placed with skip the dishes are either missing items or incomplete items. (Missing paid extras, wrong fries)

I don't eat alot from McDonalds but stop frequently for coffee. The drive thru runs smoothly, staff is friendly and everyone seems to be following covid protocols. I've had chicken nuggets and egg mcmuffin recently and food was pretty hot. Very important to me.
