Mary Brown's Chicken - Winnipeg

Fast service, soggy food. Ordered 9 piece family meal, comes with potato wedges, chicken, gravy and coleslaw. Also ordered cherry cheese cakes. Chicken was rubbery, not crispy, flavorless. Potato wedges were soggy, under seasoned and tasteless. Gravy was thick, very fake packaged taste, was not good. Coleslaw was good, tasted like coleslaw. Cheese cake was very small portions, half empty packaging. They were soggy tasteless blobs in a plastic cup. Could clearly tell it was previously frozen by the taste, but you could also see the frost marks on top of the gelatinized cherry topping. We were very disappointed and will not be purchasing from Mary Brown's Chicken ever again. Save your self the money and go elsewhere.

I wouldn 't go to this location. The chicken hear is inconsistently flavored and prepared. It appears that it depends on who 's working I guess. I also ordered on 3 separate occasions the tater poutine where I received fries. After the 3 time I did the review as stated on the receipt and actually received a call back. Unfortunately it was during work hours and I politely requested them to call me back at a said respected time. I never received the call back. Since I 'm complaining I might as well bring up the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There doesn 't seem to be any pride in training and management of this location. I have an update! The store called me back after emailing and well guess what they gave me a free large poutine. I went to the store and purchased a spicy sandwich while I was there with my Tater Poutine got home and it was fries again....took a picture and sent it to costumer service...yep....haven 't received a reply.....

Good location. Dedicated parking stalls in front of the restaurant. There are also some sharing stalls too. Store is clean.Their service is quick and One of the best chicken place in city. I want them to work on their welcoming part its lacking these days.

Good chicken sandwich but bun wasn?t toasted. Nice and clean inside. Staff were polite.

First time trying it, was ok not a fan of the poutine not the best flavor in gravy, got the spicy chicken sandwich which was decent. Overall better than Popeyes but same as most fast food places
