Kfc - Winnipeg

Tacos and huh is almost always at the point. they have a fast service, but never a honey mustard sauce. all other is good:

Tried the Famous Chicken sandwich. It was ok, but Popeye's is still better.

Our last visit to KFC. The staff was good hence the 2 stars...but the food was tasteless... Chicken greasy, zero flavour breading, Fries soggy, and Gravy... couldn't fix it as it was watery and had zero flavour. KFC used to be a family favourite but not anymore. Too many corners cut to make it cheaper, but keeping costs up there. I guess the other chicken restaurants will get our business Popeyes, Chicken Chef and Mary Browns... all have more flavour than KFC

Been waiting for a promised voucher from KFC corporate for just under a year. They have now stopped responding but prior to this they kept saying it's in the mail. Well it is the oldest line in the book and to lie and not actually respond professionally is totally unacceptable. The KFC Winnipeg (Lakewood location) royally screwed up my order and basically said too bad too sad. I haven't had a KFC product since this issue occurred and won't until they demonstrate that they are truly sincere in regaining a client. It's one thing to make a mistake but it's another to mislead a customer.

Unfortunately my last order was incorrect and I received two wrong sandwiches. Thankfully after calling the person I spoke to was able to rectify the situation and was quite helpful. Giving four stars for Mika's professionalism and excellent customer service!
