Jonnies Sticky Buns - Winnipeg

The restaurant offers a variety of delicious cinnamon buns in different flavors. I tried the Poppy Seed Citrus bun and it was amazing - it had a satisfying crunch and a rich, dark flavor. I also sampled the Carrot Ginger bun with cream cheese icing, which was good but the cream cheese frosting was a bit heavy for my taste. It didn't quite match the flavor of the bun. Lastly, we tried the breakfast bun which had a great mix of cheeses and meats, creating a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience.

I ordered the Whole Wheat Raisin, and Caramel Rosemary. I really dig the Pina Colada sticky bun, too. They're all so incredibly delicious. The only spot you need to know about, in Winnipeg, if you're looking for legit sticky buns; just like grandma used to make. The coffee's great, too. The bean blend compliments the buns. Order a large, add your own cream. Enjoy life. Heal your soul.

It was great. I went there today and tried the dagma or something as it was recommended. I loved it : the clerk was helpful. He was not friendly because I think I annoyed him by asking too many questions to get only one bun. So I feel bad about that. The sticky raisin buns are fantastic, the creamy cheese coffee is delicious, and the apple maple pastry is a delightful treat. This restaurant is a wonderful place to pick up treats for your office. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Straight up best buns in the city. Also has a great breakfast sandwich and some delicious cold drinks. Coffee is always fresh and the chatter always delightful. Sits about 7 people. A gem of Wolseley that continuously supports Wolseley. Great people.
