Overall, this was much better than my last experience with five guys in garden city. The food was made quick and the staff was responsive. Glad 5 guys made things right with me as my last experience was not good.

This place used to be so much better. The tables and floor were dirty. I had to ask to get a table cleaned. My dietary requirements of no onions were not met, the burger was missing toppings.Dietary restrictions: I asked for no onion due to a sensitivity to onion, unfortunately my burger had onions.

Cross contamination is pretty consistent. Last few orders had random chunks of toppings not ordered. Rues a good meal

Two bites in, I realized the tomato was completely unripe and crunchy. It kind of ruined the burger experience, knowing it had been put together with little care for ingredients.
