We have been coming here for years and always get the best Chinese food in Winnipeg. The Hot and Sour soup is the best!!This husband and wife team are the sweetest and kindest people you can meet. I'm honored to call them my friends now.I haven't posted anything to this point because I felt like I wanted to keep this little secret to myself.But a good friend will share with the world for continued success.If you're looking for great authentic Chinese food, come to East Ocean.
