The service was extremely rude. The food lacked flavor and was unhygienic, and the staff seemed to have no idea how to treat customers properly.

I ordered a mango lassi, but it didn’t taste right. When I voiced my concern, the staff started speaking inappropriately, which made me question their customer service. I tried to take a picture of the store name, but the staff was rude even then. I would not recommend this place to anyone; I believe those employees should be let go for their behavior. They clearly lack manners, even though the mistake was on their part. I posted a picture I took when they were being disrespectful. I understand that everyone has different tastes, but it’s important for restaurants to clarify that lassi is made with yogurt, not water, especially if it’s on the menu. My complaint was about the order not being a proper lassi, not about its sweetness. In any situation, issues should be addressed calmly, without being rude or shouting at customers.

I really enjoy ordering the beef omelette wrap from this place! It's delicious! If you're shopping at Portage Place, this is definitely the best spot to order from!

Food was awesome, definitely should try the biryani, and Taro bubble tea, and the samosa was so delicious. Staff was awesome and so friendly!

Goat biryani over here is highly recommended a MUST TRY cause I buy it all the time whenever I can, it is that good believe me <3
