In the interest of achieving the service excellence you clearly aim for, as reflected in your Google Review responses (which are very professional with a touch of humor!), I suggest that you consider adjusting your burger presentation to match the impressive size shown on your table cards. Additionally, lowering the music volume could improve the experience, as it was difficult to hear your team members. Overall, it was a delightful way to wrap up a Thursday evening. I will definitely be back!

Pros: tasty burger week burger, wait staff was very nice, decent ambiance.Cons: barely anyone working so it was an hour wait for a table despite half the tables being empty. Pretty expensive as well.Overall, still recommend the place, but it’s not as amazing as some of the hype.

Had a pint of Raspy the Red Beard which was really enjoyable paired with the trio of Brisket Tacos which were also delicious.Great service.

This was our first visit but those we went with had been before. We tried the Korean ribs, double burnt ends, the Beiken Kiki burger and the prime rib pot pie. The appetizers were very good. The burger was not a winner on this night! The patty was so overdone it was almost inedible. The bacon was inedible. The pot pie was delicious! We likely won’t return any time soon.

I usually have a great experience at Brazen and visit quite frequently. I ordered the Nashville half chicken, which is my usual choice, and while it was tasty, it seemed like they were skimping a bit this time—there was less sauce, fewer pickles, and fewer fries than usual. I hope this is just a one-time issue because I really enjoy their food and beer. Overall, it was still a good meal, but I hope this isn't a new trend aimed at cutting costs.
