First time there. I went with a friend from out of town. Didn't realize it was self serve but turned out that it didn't matter. The staff were amazing and helped us out. Food was tasty and we stayed until after close talking but staff were graceful and let us talk until we noticed. I loved it. Great atmosphere in a great neighborhood. What a gem! I have to echo other reviews: the whipped feta is a must-try, especially if you also order a pizza (it's a fantastic dip for the crust). The desserts are all superb, but the Espresso Crème Caramel was my favourite. The whole experience of dining at Bonnie Day is cozy and warm. I will definitely be back!
