We went through the drive through on Friday. We ordered two orders of onion rings which were good. We ordered a single teen burger and a double teen burger. Both of the burghers were disgusting. They did not have ketchup or mustard on them. Instead, they both had barbecue sauce which had soaked into the bun and made it soggy. I have been trying to reach a manager. But every time I call you cannot leave a message. Because they don't clear their voicemail. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Their kitchen staff should know what goes on which burger.

What do you expect. It's fast food at the drive through. They forgot to give me my drink though. That was annoying.

On. fri 2 pm, ordered fries, sweet potato fries, rings, and a hamburger-waited 10 minutes at the window. No one was ahead of me. The food was cold upon receipt, not even warm but cold. I know because I tried a fry. The sweet potato fries were raw. Previous time I tried a chicken wrap. It wasn’t even wrapped, just laying open in the bag. Waste of time money so do not recommend A W Southdale mall
