A&W - Winnipeg

One of the nicest and cleanest A&W’s in the city. Friendly efficient staff and perfectly cooked food.

We waited about 20 mins for our food. We had 2 orders and they forgot one. Not fast food.

Ordered at the drive-thru two Teen Burger meals, one with fries and a Sprite, the other with onion rings and a Root Beer. Waited at a pick-up stall, attendant came with the wrong meal. Another attendant came shortly after, again with the wrong meal. Third time was not the charm despite the attendant assuring us it was the right order and she apologized for making us wait.Got home and it was two cold Mozza Burgers, cold fries, cold, mushy onion rings, and two Sprite drinks.The food and the service at this A&W has fallen off a cliff the last few months.Disappointing is an understatement.

We had a nice dinner with great food. I love how the drinks are refillable from the drinks fountain.

Nice atmosphere, but 2 staffs were bossy. Maybe they needs customer service training.
