Contribuiți la feedbackWonderful fast service. Great sauce bar. The soup bases are not super flavourful so sauce is needed. Don’t bother with the cheap soup bases because they all taste like water. Huge variety of meats, seafood, veggies and carbs. Food arrives very quick and staff are very friendly asking if you need anything. It’s more expensive than Idol Asian Cuisine, which has an amazing tomato soup base, but has a lot more options as well. At the end my meal cost $40. Even when just having water to drink. I recommend this place if you want fast service and a large variety.
This place is amazing! I've always heard about hotpot, and this is the first time I've been able to try it. Pretty comparable to Vietnamese Pho, but it comes with way more options in broth, noodles, and meat! Winnipeg needs more places like these!
Came here with a friend to have the all you can eat hot pot which is $25.95 for dinner. However, broth is an additional $2 or $5 depending on the type of broth you choose. I decided to get the Szechuan spicy for $2. Also, each person is required to get their own broth, which means you cannot save money by sharing one.<br/ <br/ We ordered a variety of meats, seafood, veggies and noodles. They even have their own sauce bar where you can create your own dipping sauce, but if you're unsure about what sauces to mix together, they have on the wall above the sauce bar some recommendations of sauces you can make. We ordered one or two per item since we were unsure about the portion size. I would recommend that you try to stay away from the noodles as they can be quite filling, but if you must try to share it with others as I had I hard time finishing my meal since I had left the udon noodles for last. I would also recommend avoiding the wontons as they were extremely tiny with barely any filling in it and you would be better off ordering something else. For ice cream, there isn't any flavours to choose from and it is probably different each day depending on what they have at the time. For us, we received mango and it comes in one tiny scoop so if you like it, I'd recommend ordering another one. <br/ <br/ I am not sure if there is any gratuity added to the bill as some AYCE places do this, for example, IGI's, but the total amount came to about $30-$31, not including the tip I paid.<br/ <br/ Service overall was great. The servers were attentive, stopping by our table several times to ask how our food was and refilled our cups with water. And if you're new to the restaurant, they will take the time to explain how everything works at the restaurant (as I overheard the server explaining to the guests at the table behind us).<br/ <br/ Overall, I would definitely recommend giving the place a try if you've never tried hotpot before or if you're craving for it. It seems to be the only restaurant in the city that solely serves hotpot. However, IGI's does serve hotpot or shabu shabu (as they refer to it) along with their Japanese food and bbq. One suggestion I would make for the restaurant is to include the $2 broth in the dinner price, rather than charging it separately, and if the customers wanted something more special, they could pay an additional $5 for the other broths.
Was walking around Corydon and couldn't decide on a place to eat. We flipped a coin and Asian Hot Pot it was. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a very friendly young lady. It was an all you can eat option at $25.95 for adults plus $2-$5 for your broth. We ordered quite a few different options of ingredients from the menu. They also have a sauce bar that you can dip your cooked food in. I opted to eat everything as a soup and added the sauces into my broth. I had never been to a restaurant like this before but really enjoyed the experience. It was really neat to cook your own food and have the option to adjust the flavour that you want. Very friendly service and delicious food!
This place is amazing! They have so many different ingredients to choose from, and also a separate bag of sauces and extra toppings. The service was excellent, always coming around with more broth and very friendly. Highly recommended.
