Flapjacks Pancake Cabin - Winnfield

We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very pleasant. Food was great. A solid overall experience.

We went first thing in the morning. The staff was transitioning over to a handheld ordering system that you could see they hadn't had much experience with, they complained loudly to one another about how they were unprepared and undertrained on them(they said they had one training session in the break room before bringing them out to the floor). Thankfully there wasn't await and food arrived quickly. Overall not a bad time, wishing the staff the best of luck at conquering the new devices and willreturn.

We just had a delicious breakfast at Flapjacks as we were driving through. There was a short wait. They told us 20 minutes but it was more like 5. Our server, Laura W, was so friendly and efficient. We really appreciate that. ???? I ordered pecanpancakes and my husband ordered corned beef skillet. The food was tasty and hot. ???? If we are ever driving through again, wewould definitely stop here to eat. It was a great experience! ???? Note: if there is no direction sign coming off the highwaygoing west, turn left when you get to the top of the ramp. Otherwise you will take a scenic drive through rural Tennessee likewe did. ????

We are visiting from Ohio and this was the perfect place to eat breakfast. Our server Hannah was amazing and so kind. She even replaced a dish that was ruined because someone at our table put coffee on their pancakes instead of syrup. The little thingslike that make a huge difference and make the place worth coming back to. The food and atmosphere great, but Hannah is thereason we will be back to eat here in the future. Excellent, more than we could eat, Savannah our waitress did a great job waiting on us. Prices were reasonable for this time. Quick in and out and back on the road. All of the staff was welcoming and appreciated us stopping in.
