Excellent! Small family restaurant with pleasant people in small care. If you want to eat creole and escape, I advise you to stop. Good cooking, good cold.

Superb experience!!! Family and very warm welcome, small care service. The Perforation House dives you directly into the meeting atmosphere, the tasting menu is excellent and hearty. The desserts are fabulous. Very surprising meal in a typical Alsatian setting.

A warm welcome, an overflowing menu combining Creole and Alsatian cuisine. It is an atmosphere, a family kitchen and especially excellent!!!! 10 minutes from the path of the peaks, this is the mandatory stop!
