The smoked brisket is good. There isn't table service, as you have to choose your meal at the counter and pay, then carry your order to your table. You have to serve your own drinks and get your own tableware. With the number of staff there I wonder about the self-serve. All of this while they ask for tips at the counter when you order.

Some of the best ribs I've ever had. The dry rub seasoning is on point. Good BBQ should not need sauce this does not.
