Possibly the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Old lady with the creepy blue eyes is so rude and stares into your soul while you order. This lady has been rude to me before I think she’s just built bitter. When she couldn’t hear me order she smacked her fist down on the counter like a child. Honestly wonder what her deal is, she always has a bad attitude. She works in fast food I get it, but damn be a decent human being. My food was also thrown instead of being handed to me by a different worker so maybe the whole crew there has the same bitterness.

I believe that some of the staff are inadequately trained, giving the impression that they are inexperienced in customer service. During my recent visit, I ordered a green tea with honey, only to be told that there was no honey available. Additionally, I requested a Mocha Ice Cap with Vanilla and the vanilla was forgotten. I also noticed that they neglected to offer a tray for carrying multiple hot drinks.

Just not good service, I don't recommend coming here
