Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered the cheesy Gordita, which is a fan favorite, but I requested to modify my crunchy taco to a Dorito shell. Instead of charging me an extra 50 cents, they charged me the regular price of a cheesy Gordita. I went in to complain and expected an apology and maybe a free taco as a gesture of goodwill. However, the person I spoke to argued with me and simply said they would let the staff know for next time. I was not satisfied with this response and will not be returning in the future.
The supervisor at this particular Taco Bell store, whose name starts with a K, lacks empathy and management skills. It is evident that he needs to be taught how to treat new employees or those unfamiliar with the city and work force. Management should involve guiding, teaching, and taking responsibility to be a leader. It is disappointing to see someone in a position of authority disregard the work culture and lack empathy towards their team. It is important for the supervisor to address their unkind tactics and show more understanding towards their employees.
There was a lack of customer service at this restaurant, with unfriendly and rude staff. Despite requesting specific sauces in advance, they were not provided and when asked again, the response was impolite. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming.
Walked in and didn't bother ordering anything, on account of the way it looked. It looked to me, to be another place that I'm not bothering with.
A little slow when it comes to customer service inside of the building but in the drive-through it’s pretty
